Who to contact
Before We Vow is a personal venue and wedding-supplier matching service run by Mana and Jordi. For questions about your enquiry or information, contact jordi.montes.sanabria@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
We collect the contact details and wedding plans you submit so we can respond, understand your needs and find relevant venues and suppliers. By submitting the form and checking the contact permission, you agree to this use. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.
We also record the time, your contact permission and basic referral or campaign information, when available, to understand where requests come from. We record page visits, form starts and saved requests using a random identifier that lasts for the current page visit. These activity records contain no form answers or contact details; a saved request includes the visit identifier so we can measure the enquiry flow. Reloading the page starts a new visit. We do not use cookies or browser storage to recognise returning visitors. We use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Who receives your information
Your enquiry is stored using our website hosting services and sent to our enquiry inbox through FormSubmit. These providers process the information to operate the service. We may share an anonymous summary of your wedding plans with potential venues and suppliers to check fit. We only share your name and contact details with specific providers after you approve the introduction. Each provider handles your information under their own privacy practices after the introduction.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw your permission to be contacted, by emailing us. We keep enquiry information for handling your request and follow-up; you can ask us to close the request and remove it. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing already carried out. We do not sign you up for marketing.
